"Christmas Party - Insulting Language"

Walked past the company as they were having what I imagine was a Christmas party/get together and some female employees walked in, only to be called 'slags' by their male employees. Not what I want in an estate agents, especially after I was interested in some properties on display. Naturally, I understand people let loose at office parties but to know female staff dress up for an occasion and their fellow colleagues think that's appropriate language when in fact it's insulting doesn't make me feel like they can be trusted. I'm sure other staff are better than this. It's a shame these employees have formed a negative view of what I'm sure is a good company.

My dear Haart!
Adrian Emma Rebecca and the owner *is lucky I don't have his name* and everyone else in there!!!
I have been informing you since October about the gas which is the most dangerous but you still say (sorry to hear this) that it has yet to be fixed or that some inspection has yet to be done…
Water is getting into the room from the rain (we are reporting this to you, your answer is (sorry to hear it), buy a cheap spray from the supermarket!!!
Knowing that there are children staying!!!!
We are informing you that there are mice
Again you are sorry but since October!!!
And here we go December I inform you that the children's room smells like someone has died and you tell me( sorry to hear it, spray some spray for the humidity and open the windows, fortunately you had to inform me about the windows that they open!!!!
But the best thing is you never answer the phone I have everything on the camera you say today we will come and do it for you and then you say after Christmas.
But when you want new buyers to come, you want us to open the door for you for your own benefit…
Unfortunately, the dignity and health of my children costs 1£ and your own pocket for your own benefit costs as much as the value of the house is 1,500,000£

I do not generally write reviews but Ryan at Haart lettings Luton has been so amazingly helpful in the most stressful of times I feel compelled to. Having never been in the situation before & being overwhelmed at so many things currently in life without the support I feel I received from Ryan I will have ended up sleeping in my car. Sincere,sympathetic and extremely understanding to the point that I felt within hours a release of the pressure of flat hunting. So grateful as so many other things in life that had led to my being in the 'no where to live and what do I do with all I own' I could not cope with the homelessness on top. Ryan made this process simple,explaining fully what I didn't understand and taking the stress out of the process. Service was 18 out of 10 and I highly recommend Haart and can only hope the reader of this is as lucky as I was in finding a true genuine caring helpful individual. Ryan....Top Man and I really can not thank you enough for the exceptional role you have played in getting me through the most stressful or times.

"Our experience with Haart has been…"

Our experience with Haart has been nothing short of appalling. We were subject to the following:
- Left without heating and hot water for three days in December, as Haart deemed this acceptable under their "policy." No sympathy was shown for our situation.
- Lived without a functioning oven for two months.
- Maintenance emails regarding black rising mould were ignored entirely.
- Received multiple threatening rent arrears notices despite having paid rent on time.
- Repeatedly disregarded maintenance requests.
- Front door lock broke, and no urgency was given to fixing it.
- Attempted to charge us for pre-existing damage and imposed an extortionate cleaning fee, which when we argued was removed entirely.

Communication with Haart was impossible throughout. Their incompetence forced us to leave the property. Avoid them at all costs.

Olivia has good customer service. She has promised me to get the maintence and mould problems sorted hoping she follows through with this. She was very professional and seemed to sympathize with all the the things l had to endure while renting the last two years from them fences electrics mould ect. Hoping Oliva follows through.

"Steer clear if selling your house"

guy who took photos was brilliant..afterwards when it came to viewers the Maidstone team were rubbish. Considering we pay them to introduce us to prospective buyers..they fell down flat on their face.The first we knew was for 1 couple at 12.45...couple turned up ...will continue .....we were to find out there were 2 other bookings.

agent arrived 12.20 .. He was unaware of 2 further bookings at 12.15 and 12.45. He was only aware of the 12 30 booking...so for that he was on time. He said he had 18 bookings for the day 15mins each.
We too were unaware of the 12.30 and 12.45 appointments until we called Maidstone to complain of no measurements on their webpage for our property They apologised and said it would be corrected...whilst talking we were told of the other two appointments.. they hadn't informed us about
. So without our calling them..would we ever have known.
Next we heard was for 2 appointments on Saturday..could we see clients on their behalf...who is earning fees here?
Today..Molly was supposed to be introducing a new buyer at 16.45pm. We rang office at 17.00 and was told probably stuck in traffic. Rang again at 17.15. they put a call out to Molly..where is she..she rang us to say booking not confirmed. So no show. GRRRRRR...would love to cancel contract rather an apology as they have made further appointments next week. will they let us down again?? WATCH THIS SPACE!!!
can't buy a pair of shoes in 15 minutes..let alone a house!!
This company is a letting agent .not so much an estate agent..a disgrace to other estate agents.
