declined my offer after giving me fake hope of moving into the property and declined my offer because I refused to give them my open banking after I gave them 6 months payslips and 6 months bank statements.
Also decided to keep my deposit because apparently it was my fault for not providing opening banking when it was optional

"Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid at All Costs"
My husband and I had an appalling experience with Haart as our letting agency. The property they rented to us was falsely advertised as clean and habitable, but when we moved in, it was far from that. The apartment was filthy, with dog hair everywhere (despite being a no-pets property) and black mold in multiple areas, creating serious health risks.
The agency’s failures didn’t stop there.
They provided incorrect and incomplete tenancy documentation, including an expired EPC and missing landlord information.
Critical safety hazards, like a defective fire alarm and overheating appliances, were ignored despite multiple complaints.
Many appliances were broken, and we were even forced to replace a washing machine at our own cost, with no reimbursement provided.
Communication was dreadful, with our calls and emails often ignored or addressed only after repeated follow-ups.
Their unprofessionalism caused us significant distress. We spent weeks chasing basic responses and were even suggested to terminate our tenancy without regard to the financial or emotional impact it would have on us.
I strongly advise anyone considering Haart to look elsewhere. Their lack of care, transparency, and accountability makes them a terrible choice for tenants.

"1980s Estate Agency for the Modern Age"
Remember a time back in the 80's when estate agents were full of crap and would just blind you with sales speak and no substance? Scroll forward to 2024 and Heart are still peddling the same approach.
When I listed my home, I initially went with another agent who assured me they'd be proactive and different in their approach. They were hopeless and were replaced swiftly. (Viewing organised and then no contact from agent or prospective buyer and no explanation either!).
I brought in Haart to list and market my home. The confidence from the Branch Manager initially impressed me as he'd outlined the various approaches they'd use to sell my home, coupled with the add value of their experience, their systems and the marketing intel that would be shared with me.
After about a fortnight, I was asked to alter my listing price to "encourage the market", this despite being told that the local market was busier than it's been for months!. The weekly market updates stopped pretty quickly after that and the final 4 weeks of my initial 8 week contract with them, I never heard a word.
Hopeless and underwhelming spring to mind. Just crap.

This review is specifically directed at Amber who is a wonderful person with lots of patience. She always responds promptly to requests for information and is always ready to provide feedback when required. She does not leave you hanging which unfortunately a lot of agents do. She is just an all round nice person and does her job with professional courtesy regardless of who you are.

"Amber Blower - thorough and professional"
I'm delighted to review Amber Blower as my usual contact at Haart. Despite some issues we've had with a tenant leaving rent unpaid, Amber has stayed on top of things, answering my (many) questions and remaining patient, responsive and professional every time. I'm only giving four stars (not directed at Amber) but because there isn't brilliant communication on repairs that need doing. For example, if I hear about something that's broken, the management team will get someone onto the job but I'm never updated on whether it's been completed. They are though, friendly, helpful and they are much more thorough than other agencies I've used.

I have had so many issues with Azim in property management, they ignore all emails from myself and landlord, they ignore phone calls. I have had bed bugs for 4 months and it took Azim 3 months to get pest control round (he only arranged this once I complained to his manager), the pest control company said I need to have treatment on the flat every 2 weeks until they have gone and Azim is ignoring all emails and calls again about arranging the second appointment so now the situation has got increasingly worse. I would avoid anything to do with Haart!!
