It’s has been a very exciting journey as I am getting my first home with my family in the uk . Charlotte Fox has been very patient and helpful . I loved working with her and recommend her to other person looking to get their new home .

Haart MK are the worst branch I have ever had the misfortune to deal with, followed very closely by the Northampton branch.
Paid full rent this month as didn't know when I would be completing on my first home and moving out, but they've continued to hold my overpaid rent for weeks on end. Ivonna even sent me a screenshot trying to prove to me it had been paid but it showed a payment to the landlord, not me. 🤣
I've threatened Ombudsman, everything, and they just ignore you or pass the buck.
I've given them until the end of the day before I write more reviews and raise it with the Ombudsman, but I don't have high hopes.
Haart are the worst letting agents for both tenants and landlords (who also had nothing but problems with them and has now ditched them)

The worst agency I would never recommend. The let me to stay without toilet 1 month and after they come and fixed finally after 3 days become broken again, I have had enough.

I was shown around a property by Sophie, she answered all of my questions, fast responses on anything and everything I’ve asked for! Friendly, lovely girl! Would highly recommend Sophie to anyone looking for a new home😊 xx

"What can I say"

What can I say, Victoria Reek went above and beyond to sell my property, and Roxanne Samuels did everything else. From taking the property photo's and organizing my house move, to explaining each step with regard to using E ways and solicitor involvement to just helpful advise. Personally I can't thank them both enough.

"At best these guys are incompetent"

At best these guys are incompetent, at worse they are deceitful. They are the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with.

Numerous items in the house are dangerous, however I have bought them to the attention of the agent over two months ago, and nothing has been done. If I do want anything done, I have to absolutely hound them for weeks with numerous emails. How the whole team can be so incompetent, I really don’t know.

We have been renting a house from them since September, and it has been non-stop issues. Nothing is ever fixed, emails are left unanswered, it takes days if not weeks to get back to us. Promises are constantly made and broken. We made a formal complaint more than three weeks ago, received the response seven days late with not even an apology. The response was again deceitful. It’s just wasting our time now and theirs. They don’t seem to even read their own contracts.

Please do not use them. Go elsewhere.
