Previously I went with Gower Dawes and had a torrid experience in all honesty but not about to revisit this.
I then changed to Haart and was apprehensive as they were more expensive and everyone kept saying all estate agents are the same. Well let me tell you now, they are certainly not. From start to end Haart have been nothing short of amazing. Dan's attention to detail on the photos of my house and also a great video he filmed promoting every aspect of my property.
The only unfortunate bit was that we were in the middle of a interest rate crisis so were up against it. Even so, Haart were sending round viewers after viewers after viewers and working their socks off. Bradley and Katie were bloody amazing and did everything they could to sell my house but we needed a change in the governments stance on the interest rates which thankfully dod eventually happen.

The house then sold and the level of service did not slow down with Rio who is an absolute star pushing solicitors, my buyers, estate agents and more. Rio works an unbelievable amount and takes a pride in her work crossing every T and dotting every I.

I popped into to drop off my keys today and honestly was like a reunion of old friends sharing some laughs and going back over the whole experience.

I highly recommend Haart and the whole team. In my opinion you get what you pay for and with Haart you get even more so worth every penny. Sending big hugs to the whole team and again thank you all so much. 🙏😊

Everyone at Haart - particularly Danny, Amman, and Ren, who we’ve had most dealings with - is extremely approachable, thorough, warm, and happy to explain the more complicated details (and endlessly patient with repeating things that are probably obvious if you know about buying and selling houses). They’ve always been easy to get hold of, quick to call back, and achieved a price for our house we’ve been very happy with. The communication continues to be excellent. They’ve also been transparent and straightforward at all times.

"Very, very pushy"

I returned from holiday in June to find a letter specifically addressed to me from Amman from the Cambridge office. It said that Jagit really liked my property and as it was near his friends wanted to buy it. Amman went on to say that there was no hurry so they would have time to find me somewhere else to live.
I have never contacted Heart or expressed any desire to move.
I sent him an email, giving my name and address, and saying that not only did I find the letter disturbing but i had absolutely no desire to sell. The reply I got back was that I had misconstrued the content.
Imagine my annoyance when today I got a second letter, using a different excuse, yet telling me Jagit wanted to buy etc.
I sent another message only to have Amman claim I was on a general mailing list so unless I told him which address (I already had) he couldn't stop it. He obviously decided to keep harassing me until I gave up.
I will never, ever deal with this company.
Reading through the reviews I noticed that I am not the only person to suffer this.

I had a good time with Haart lettings agents through Marie Hawkins, the property manager. She is easily accessible and responds to situations promptly. Thank you Marie for being professional and also courteous.

Without the help of Adam Smith and the team in Stevenage the sale of our flat would never had completed. They communicated well, stepped in to assist politely and professionally, more than the legal teams did. A huge thank you to you all.

"Not trustworthy"

Haart lettings marketed my property on the request of the person who hoped to buy it. They never asked my permission to do so. Didn't want to know when I asked why and didnt seem to understand why I wasnt happy with them. Complaint got me nowhere.
I will never ask Haart to let one if my properties
