"Hounded by unwanted Sales calls…"

Over the last six weeks I have been hounded by calls from Haart - various branches calling me multiple times. Four seperate times I have escalated my disatisfaction to someone who has assured me that my telephone number will be removed and I will not receive any more calls. The calls stopped for a few weeks and then 3-days ago started again in earnest. I have requested once again for my number to be removed 2-days ago. I have no idea how they even got it in the first place. I have had calls again today.
If my number is not removed from all your databases I will be contacting the ICO and making a complaint with them. This is not acceptable, particularly as I run my own business and often get calls from numbers I do not recognise. Can someone please advise by reply to this review how I can actually get my number removed. I have taken this all the way to Branch Manager level some weeks ago and that did not resolve it!

Rolanda Politakis and Joanna Gregoriou Haart estate agents Southgate were patient and easy to deal with. Joanna was very helpful, friendly, and Rolanda was assertive and helped with the long process of selling and buying which took a few months. Long time to get there but the two of them helped a lot. "First Time Buyers"

My partner and I are First Time Buyers. We contacted Brandon to view a property that we liked. He's been really helpful, professional and polite. He haven't bought any property yet, but the communication between us and the Agent has been great. We have regular catch ups on how the process is going, we're sharing our thoughts and ask some additional questions. We can definitely recommend Brandon as an agent.

"Haart Slough have given us the worst…"

Haart Slough have given us the worst experience and we was completely misled by this agency.

My partner and I were dealing with Shannon and everything was going so well, after signing the contract and payment of deposit we were then told to pick up the keys from the property.

We have got to the property and after asking questions about a section of the house that the house keeper was reluctant to show, we found out that the house keeper and his family live in the property!

The signed agreement told us nothing about people living in the property we will be living in! There was no tennis net but we was promised a tennis court, camera system and many things promised have now been retrieved.

The agent now has said they don’t manage the property after receiving thousands of pounds worth of deposit.

We are extremely traumatised with this experience, we now are trying to find out what we can do as we do not feel safe living in the same property with a family we know nothing about.

"Don't answer the phone"

Don't answer the phone, the property was taken off the market without letting us know, agreed to put the property back on the market and a week later it's still not on there. The only was we can get a response is to go into the office and they don't respond to emails or calls.

"Incorrect information provided "

I was viewing few flats with them and clearly agent who showed me the last flat was not really well prepared. I was informed that the flat comes with allocated parking space, but she wasn’t able to point it out. I decided to put the offer which after some discussion was accepted (at least that what I was told coz I have never seen any written co formation including the confrontation that my previous offers were rejected even I asked for it). I contacted mortgage broker, found the solicitor (payed deposit). As I was assured that there is parking space I just asked them to point out which one is allocated to this flat. After 24 hrs they came back to me saying that there is none and they are sorry. I don’t think so sorry is good enough (what’s more it didn’t really sound like they are sorry). The flat was 5 min walk from the high street, hence without allocated parking space that would be a nightmare to live there. Very disappointed with the service. I contacted solicitors they promised to give my deposit back (still haven’t received that but I am sure I will- that happened week ago). Really disappointed with the service. I am not sure if the incorrect information was provided on purpose or it was a mistake, but I found it extremely unprofessional.
