Absolutely awful customer service. They never answer their phones regardless of me being a paying customer and needing to know urgent things about my property. They do not reply to emails, the only way to speak to someone is to visit the branch directly which is ridiculous.

2 times I have been in to speak to someone and the person I need to speak to is always 'out for lunch'...for 2+ hours? this guy needs to sort his eating habits out if it takes 2 hours for him to consume his lunch. fool.

10/10 would NOT recommend. avoid this company!

After a lack of interest from other agents, Charlotte was a breath of fresh air. I have not found my place yet, but i know i am in good hands. Thank you Charlotte for a positive experience.

We made multiple attempts to rent a property in Birmingham through Haart Harborne. Despite our repeated calls over a two-week period, trying to arrange a viewing for a property we were genuinely interested in, we encountered nothing but unfulfilled promises. The receptionist, while pleasant, consistently assured us of a callback that never materialized. Despite our persistence, calling daily and sometimes twice a day, we were met with silence. This utter lack of follow-through not only demonstrates a severe deficiency in their work ethic but also calls into question Haart's dedication to their clients and their business - I woudl love to put negative stars onthe review if this was possible.

"I am appalled at the service I have…"

I am appalled at the service I have received by Haart.

They have allowed contractors into my rented property without any notice at all! Not only is this illegal but now my sister and I, who live together in the property, feel very very anxious that people will be given access to our property while we aren’t in and without our knowledge. It’s a massive invasion of privacy!
I’m almost positive this won’t have been the first time also.

They have been impossible to contact about this issue. We’ve had to contact another branch, who are being very helpful but also haven’t been able to get in contact with them!

However, like many other people, we’ve received one email in response being told the advisor who organised the contractors has now left and they have no more information about it. This is not an acceptable response! I am not confident they will ever take responsibility and contact us to work this out.

I recommend to stay as far away from this particular branch on Whiteladies Road!!!
