I have rang over 20 times this week. Left 2 messages for a callback with their so called concierge team. Unable to think how do people arrange viewings with them. I have bought a few with them in the past but this is atrocious.

Due to previous obligations we were unable to proceed with Haart but have to say that they were very efficient and had exceptionally good communication (which was sadly lacking in our experience with a previous company). I would certainly recommend Haart of Lincoln! Thank you Haart, Angela.

We are in contract with Haart for their fully managed letting services and it’s a compete sham. There is zero communication, no response on any emails and phones go unanswered. Staff turnover seems to be very high and zero accountability. I would not recommend their services for any landlord.

The worst agents I have ever had to deal with
It wasn’t enough that they could not in any way do there job properly .. there was no way of contacting them .. didn’t reply to endless emails .. didn’t answer there phones
This went on for more than a year and eventually after the tenant had vandalized my flat they could not do the deposit claim properly and I ended up loosing thousands
I wouldn’t even give them 1 star

Unable to book a viewing as only one day was offered as block viewing. I offered 3 alternatives where I am available and was told 'if it doesn't sell we will call you back' I expressed dissatisfaction at this and was cold transferred to 'Justin' who, after explaining the situation told me to 'be dissatisfied!' whilst laughing. He then proceeded to get on his high horse and threatened to terminate the call after I told him I'm not his friend as he repeatedly called me 'my friend' in a condescending tone. Awful estate agent.

Excellent service from Haart Estate Agents in Lincoln. Molly was great on escorting us around the property we viewed and our late change of appointment was catered for too. Sarah in the sales team was really prompt in responding to our initial request and all the booking communication was brilliant. Awaiting our valuation with Christie but have no doubt all will go well. Thanks.
