What a waste of time Haart were for me .......... They sent me several identical letters implying that my property had been up for sale for a long time when it had only been up for a couple of weeks and suggesting that i called them for a better service etc ...... so on 7/6/24 i called them and spoke to JS / N who promised to do a drive by of my house in a day or 2 and get back to me with an idea of value/s and what their best fees would be ....... but ive still heard nothing from them ....... Is this the best that Haart can do for me and an indication of what efforts they would make if i went up for sale with or did a letting with them ?? ....

I’ve never met anyone quite like Mandy Butler …..

She’s fabulous and strikes that incredibly difficult balance between constantly pushing pushing pushing for progress, for updates, just to make things happen. She doesn’t mind, she’ll talk to anyone and yet she still comes across as a lovely friendly person even under very trying circumstances with very trying clients (me).
If you want to get that house sale completed then Mandy’s the person to do it.

"Impatient and ill-mannered agents"

The agent on the phone was quite rude and uncooperative. We called about a flat we were hoping to view and the lady who answered spoke in a very impatient, uninterested and condescending tone.
When we arrived to the viewing, we felt very unwelcome and like we were wasting her time (even though it's her job and probably within the agency's interest to engage respectfully and positively with prospective tenants?!). We felt rushed by her and the negative energy she was resonating made us want to leave the place as quickly as possible.
If this agent is a reflection of the agency she works for, then I can only imagine the agency is one with very little care & respect for their properties and tenants. Which is a shame, as actually the property was quite nice, however we would not want to live in a property managed by an agency that makes us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. What a shame!

I would 100% recommend Natalie from haart ockendon! She was actually brilliant with us. Was alway there when we needed her even when we had a move assist to help us move Natalie was alright at the end of the phone when we needed her.

"I have recently moved from Dover back…"

I have recently moved from Dover back to Haslemere to a property managed by the Guildford Office. In my dealings with Haart I was dealt with by Melis and Toby. I cannot fault either of them in any way, and have now happily moved back to Haslemere

They were professional , helpful and upbeat. Despite issues arising with regards to the property that was beyond their control, they quickly resolved these without fuss in order to ensure that my move in date was kept to.

I am really pleased with Haart and would use them again. I would recommend them as a letting agent
