Avoid using hart estate agents. Their agents have no customer service skills and think it’s ok to hang up on customers without letting them get a full sentence out because they’ve had a few stressful phone calls already that day.

Rung twice to view a property in Essex and still not had a call back. Waste of time. I’m sure the seller wouldn’t be happy.

wouldn't recommend Haart Estate Agents. They are not transparent and they lie.

1) They don't tell you about the 2 week cooling off period. They tell you that you will have no viewings for the first two weeks then they will hold an open day on week 3. Then no one turns up.

2) They massively over price your home. My home was £60k over market value. Let me think why there where no viewings?

3) Plans where on their site where all wrong .

4) We had to reduce the value of the house before any viewings where booked in. 3 viewings in 7 weeks.

5) We would check in weekly as we had no viewings. Suddenly there was interest but never materialised and no viewing. Lies!!

6) The Manager of the Estate Agents called my wife a liar. Which is great service!

7) Because of the poor service, over valuation, and tactics used to sign their contract we lost our dream home and are still stuck in a contract with Haart even though we have requested to take it off the market.

8) Haart is the most expensive of all Estate Agents and in my experience the worst service.

Please stay away from Haart and choose someone else. Sellers be warned.

I am tired of listening to my collogue moan about Haart
He sent them a request online to view a property 3 days ago no reply. He has tried to call them, the phone just rings and cuts out. How do you sell properties Haart.

Sold an empty house in May 2024, and had moved across the country to start a new life. The Hucknall office took control of the property, and marketed it for me. It was going moderately well, they did a job, but I had to constantly chase for updates and ask about how the market was doing, they did nothing off their own backs. The only real job they did was show a handful of viewers around.
It came to the the sale and the buyers did a final viewing, during which the Haart estate agents allowed them to get hold of keys to the property, which the buyers then used to get access to the property before the sale completed and began moving in. Haart were useless, impossible for them to do anything out of hours even contact their own branch staff. It eventually took my solicitor getting in contact with their lawyers to actually get a message of cease and desist.
Since then Haart have gone dark, only responding once to my request for answers and compensation for the stress involved (I thought I was the subject of some scam and would end up with squatters in the property).
Would never recommend any branch of Haart to anyone, they seem quite happy and have it in the contract that any items that go missing in the viewing is your fault, not theirs

Terrible - I have listed my house with another agency and am now having DAILY voicemails asking for me to call them back so they can talk about my property even after explaining to someone months ago that I am not interested and blocking their number. Feels like harassment. I asked how they got my phone number and was told they bought it from a third party data source.
