One of the worst letting agency in Hayes. The letting manager doesn’t have any knowledge about legal procedures. He is only looking to let. Zero communication via phone, email. You will regret if you go with them.

This progressional estate agent in Cambridge is the best I have used in the past, although we have not sold the house because my personal circumstances has changed, I have to say they did every step professionally. And I have to mention the helpful gentleman Daniel Frost, during the process, he is always kind and patient. He did the contract and photos for my property within a rainy day. He contribute a lot from the very beginning till the end. I will put my property back to him when I sell it again in the near future!

I had the worst experience through letting with Haart .. their property management team has been chasing the contractor for 3 months for a few of our maintenance request .. I e mailed and called close to 50 times every time they say to wait for 3 days and no one turns up .. they are not even ashamed to admit that it’s been going on for 3 months and treats every call callously .. at-least if they told outrightly it’s not possible we could live knowing that it’s not going to happen .. worst experience ..at this point I am not sure if customer service standards are generally this low here .. or is it just them ..

We have been with Haart as a landlord for four years now. After good service initially, we went through a patch in 2023/4 where staff were relocated to Clacton and would not respond to enquiries from us or our tenant.
I am pleased to say Marie Hawkins has been dealing with a maintence issue raised by our tenant recently and has been extremely efficient in managing the problem to get it resolved. We are so relieved she has taken over as our new contact. Efficient, professional service has been restored. Thank you Marie.
