"TOP HOSPITAL | TOP DOCTOR and SUPPORT"

I was operated on last week by Dr CAN iLKER DEMIR to my complete satisfaction.
Dr. CAN iLKER DEMIR is a TOP doctor and very competent! I am so glad that I turned to the right hands. I travelled all the way from Switzerland to Turkey. I was also looked after by Mrs GÜLAY iLERY. She speaks perfect English, Italian and French. She was the good soul and fulfils all my wishes. She also accompanied me to my appointments with the doctor. In fact, she was always with me 😊 even when I was in the hotel, she always gave me a sign of life to ask how I was doing.
The hospital is very well organised and very hygienic. I have never seen such a good hospital. After the operation I spent two nights (it was my wish as I was travelling alone. Otherwise it would have been one night) in the hospital. The rooms are very spacious and you feel at home. Television, kettle, hairdryer etc. all available. The nursing staff are very courteous. The food was very varied, so your stomach was sure to be satisfied.
Mrs GÜLAY iLERY had the organisation of the transfers fully under control. Transfers from and to the airport, as well as transfers to and from the hotel and consultation hours.
Conclusion: I would recommend having an operation with Dr CAN iLKER DEMIR!
I would do it again at any time! A big thank you to the doctor and GÜLAY (Giulia for me 😊 ) I will come and visit you.

Ich wurde letzte Woche bei Dr. CAN iLKER DEMIR zu vollster Zufriedenheit operiert. Dr. C.i. DEMIR ist ein TOP Arzt und sehr fachkompetent! Ich bin so froh, dass ich mich an die richtigen Hände gewendet habe. Ich reiste extra von der Schweiz in die Türkei. Ich wurde zusätzlich von Frau GÜLAY iLERY betreut. Sie spricht perfekt Englisch, Italienisch und Französisch. Sie ist die gute Seele und ermöglicht alle Wünsche. Sie hat mich auch bei den Besprechungsterminen mit dem Arzt begleitet. Eigentlich hat sie mich immer begleitet 😊 auch dann, wenn ich im Hotel war, gab sie immer wieder ein Lebenszeichen, um nachzufragen, wie es mir geht.
Das Spital ist sehr gut organisiert und absolut sehr hygienisch. Noch nie habe ich so ein gutes Spital gesehen. Nach der OP bin ich zwei Nächte (es war ein Wunsch von mir, da ich allein gereist bin. Ansonsten wäre es eine Nacht) im Spital geblieben. Die Zimmer sind sehr grosszügig und man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Fernseher, Wasserkocher, Föhn etc. alles vorhanden. Das Pflegepersonal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Das Essen war sehr vielfältig, so dass sicherlich den Magen zum Genuss kam.
Die organisation der Transfers hat Frau GÜLAY iLERY voll im Griff. Transfer vom Flughafen hin- und zurück, wie aber auch Transfer zum Hotel und Sprechstunde hin- und zurück.
Faszit: Meine Empfehlung sich einen Eingriff zu wagen, dann bei Dr. CAN iLKER DEMIR!
Ich würde es jederzeit wieder tun! Ein grosses Dankeschön an Doktor und GÜLAY (für mich Giulia 😊 ) Ich werde Euch besuchen kommen.

I had such a nice experience at the memorial hospital for check up. My translator Meral Halit was a very nice lady and she did her best to get me trough all the tests without waiting too long. She explained everything so good and didn’t leave me with any questions. My husband was with me and he had the possibility to stay with me all day, that was very nice too. The service of the hospital is very good!!! I recommend it to everyone to do it once a while.

I had an amazing experience with Doctor Demir and my coordinator Amro! Amro was so kind, helpful and went above and beyond to meet my scheduling needs for the surgery. I am one month post-op from my breast lift/implants, revision tip rhinoplasty, and brow lift. Doctor Demir was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted. He took the time to explain everything to me and went over different desired results and outcomes. I have always been insecure about my breast and he totally changed that. I recently had the opportunity to visit Memorial Hospital in Istanbul, Türkiye, for a comprehensive health assessment through the Women’s VIP package. From start to finish, the experience was incredibly well-managed, thanks in large part to the outstanding support and coordination provided by Meral Halit.
Meral served as my coordinator and translator throughout the day, and I cannot praise her enough. She was professional, helpful, friendly, respectful, and highly organized—ensuring that I moved efficiently through a full schedule of appointments and assessments. Her warm demeanor and clear communication helped alleviate any stress, making the entire experience smooth and seamless. Thanks to her dedication and efficiency, I was able to complete all necessary tests and meet with the appropriate doctors who not only reviewed my lab work and assessments in detail but also provided thoughtful recommendations—all within a single day.

Memorial Hospital is an excellent option for anyone looking to gain insights into their health quickly and cost-effectively. The Women's VIP package was comprehensive, and the quality of care was top-notch.
One point of caution for international travelers—especially those from the U.S.—is that Memorial Hospital does not accept American Express, and when paying in U.S. dollars, the bills must be brand new. This important detail was not communicated by the original agent who helped coordinate my trip, which caused some last-minute anxiety. Clearer communication on this front would have helped me prepare and avoid unnecessary stress.

Despite that hiccup, my overall experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend both Memorial Hospital and Meral Halit to anyone considering a medical visit to Istanbul. Her professionalism and kindness truly made the difference.

Memorial Bahçelievler Hastanesi’nde geçirdiğim süreçten son derece memnun kaldım. Hastanenin modern ve konforlu yapısı, kendinizi adeta bir otelde hissettiriyor. Almanya’dan geliş sürecimden itibaren havaalanı transferinden konaklamaya, ameliyat sürecinden hemşirelerin ilgisine kadar her şey kusursuz bir şekilde organize edildi.

Ameliyatlarımı gerçekleştiren Op. Dr. Can Ilker Demir başta olmak üzere, danışmada Şule Hanım, sahada Gülay İleri, hastane temizliğinden sorumlu Saliha Hanım ve yönetimde Halil Bey ile tanışma fırsatı buldum. Hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ediyorum. Özellikle ekip çalışmaları, koordinasyonları ve hastalarla olan ilgileri gerçekten takdire şayan.

Great experience at the memorial hospital. The whole process was very professional. From the translator to the nurses, everyone is very caring, understanding and efficient. I believe the plastic surgeon Dr Can ilker Demir Is one of the best in instabul. My nose fits perfectly for my face, and the fat transfer to my cleft chin was done very precisely. Overall I feel a lot more confident and i will be back for sure.

I have nothing but good feedback for Memorial hospital. I had a lovely translator (Meral Halit) who supported me throughout the day. She was very efficient in dealing with my needs as well as others and she was very accommodating. She made the whole process smooth and it was enabled easy communication with non-English speaking professionals.
I highly recommend that everyone completes the VIP check up. It either puts your mind at ease or informs you of any health issues you may have.
