"poor customer service during and after…"

poor customer service during and after repair. Still no reply from a message sent sept 2022 ( now feb 2023) from an issue asking how longvthey guaranteed their repairs.The screen they replaced has a black mark under the glass 6 months after repair with any damage to the outer glass. I do not believe they used samsung quality parts and instead inferior quality parts that do not last.
Theyvalso said yhat the origknal glass knly repair needed a screen as well so i ended up buying a new screena nd glass from them. should have gone to samsung instead

I cannot thank this company enough for the repair. Broke my screen in October of last year, was searching everywhere for a decently priced repair, and came across these guys.
Was done in a week, and had it back in my hands less than 2 weeks from sending it off.
Eileen in customer service is more than helpful and answered every email I sent, which is most rare nowadays.
You can barely tell my screen was ever broken!

Once again, Screen Medic provided a very professional and high quality fix on a Samsung S8+ with a troublesome charging port and damaged rear glass. A S20 Ultra also had damaged rear glass and both were turned around in <24 hrs by J and his team.

It is impossible to tell they have even been opened, the fit and finish of both devices made them appear as good as new. The quality of the tools they use and attention to detail are clearly superior to other businesses I have tried in the past.

I really can't recommend them highly enough and if you want to breathe life in to devices, old and new, these guys are the best on the Wirral IMO.
