Probably one of the smoothest visits to a garage ever, car went in within minutes of arriving and was ready about 20 minutes later . The waiting area was nice and warm too and the staff was friendly and polite

"Tyres not delivered "

I ordered tyres to be fitted by my local dealer a week before fitting and got to the dealer to be told my tyres were not there. Spoke to a helpful guy at RAC tyres who said he would look in to it, spoke to home a hour later to be told there was a problem with the delivery and they wouldn’t be delivered until next week. I now have to cancel the MOT and re arrange my work. This will be the last time using this service.

Booking and fitting service with local tyre company all went well, however I don’t see any incentive to use this RAC platform as a member.
As it appears several other sites all offer the same price and options!

Found the comparison of wheels really improved my confidence in purchasing. Good competitive price for the one I selected whilst not compromising on quality. I was also glad to find the fitter straightforward and approachable. They offered extra guidance on why my steering wheel had been shaking without being pushy for further sales.

For the last month I have being engaged with a ridiculous back and forth of ordering tyres that have then been canceled on me and when I gave RAC a chance, they decided to engage in gaslighting rather than decent customer service.

100%, if you do business with RAC tyres and they let you down they will do all they can not to refund you. Disgraceful customer service especially by a representative by the name of Emma whom seriously needs training.

They will reply to this review with a generic 'please email on ractyres enquires email address' my advice ONLY deal with them via EBAY, as eBay customer services customer cuts out their gaslighting.
