A great price and easy website to use, but communications could be better as I had no idea what had happened after order was accepted. An email or text to say that the tyres had been dispatched and another confirming delivery would have made turning up for the appointment less anxious.
However when I got in contact the team were always helpful but it appears they didn't know its status either and they had to chase the fulfilment centre and couriers so couldnt give me an update either. A little joined up thinking would make this a much better service.
