This is the second time I have purchased new tyres from RAC tyres.

Once again they offered the best price and fitting at my preferred location within 48 hours.

Everything was as expected and completed on time.

Will be using RAC tyres again as and when needed.

It is an absolute fraud. I had booked for same day tyre replacement (RAC order ref no RAC 1A5P01061) after find flat tyre on Monday morning. Payment made, appointment given, address provided .
You turn up at the address 20 minutes before the appointment and you are in front of a rundown godown that has not been opened for weeks if not months. I called the number provided and I am put on a waiting queue for 15 minutes with no response. I called RAC and asked for an explanation, there is none. I was reminded that the provison of service for a agreed task to which payment has already been made, is only provisional. You and me are at the mercy of RAC, in short.
This is what RAC tyres stand for. I warn you against going with RAC. I have asked for full refund. Never again to RAC

Tyres fitted as described. Staff polite booking process thru RAC needs to be reviewed.

Dreadful experience. Showed up for appointment and no tyres. No warning and no apology from RAC. Then asked to chase the garage on their behalf.
No communication from RAC. You are left to try and resolve yourself.
When cancelling the order it then takes up to 2 weeks to refund.
How is any of this acceptable?

I booked 2 tyres and a wheel alignment for today, turned up only to find they were fully booked. RAC tyres don't see the calendar of the garage they send you to, they just book you in and hope the garage has availability. Very poor service and will definitely not be using this service again
