Ordering through to home fitting was seamless.

Ordered 4 tyres with the option of mobile fitting for £24 extra.
We were due to travel, the option of mobile fitting the next day was offered so we purchased.
The mobile fitter was In touch that evening to let us know he hadn't received the tyres, and to wait till the next morning - the next morning the fitter got Intouch, nothing received by lunch.
We are due to travel so we had no option but to purchase tyres elsewhere. We emailed RAC to ask for full refund.

Update:
We had to hire a car as the tyres hadn't arrived.
I have been InTouch with RAC, initially they said that the tyres were to delivered by courier Friday afternoon. My response was what address were they delivered too as the fitter option on your site has had no delivery Friday nor Saturday.
In which they responded we had an issue with delivery, would I still like the tyres? They will be with your fitter on Thursday.
The tyres did arrive, when I asked for a good will compensation I was told no as I aggreed to the T&C's. They didn't hold up to the service they provide, I would not use again. On the plus side I've gained a local mobile tyre fitter who supplies, fits and 100% reliable and honest - I will highly recommend in the future

"Hidden Cost and Poor Customer Service"

The price you pay online isn’t the total cost - there are hidden charges such as TMPS valves which may be required to fit your tyres at an additional cost. The service isn’t a fully fitted service as stated on the website. When you complain to RAC Tyres about the additional costs they can’t provide a valid response and resolution. Really disappointing experience - would not use again.

Looked on line for some new tyres found them rac good price and even had a discount for being a rac breakdown member much appreciated fast service very happy customer

Had a puncture but have the tyre cover with RAC, the mechanic arrived and was a really friendly guy so no issues there. The compressor on the van wasn’t strong enough to inflate the spare tyre (strange looking space saver but apparently commonly used) so plugged the original tyre as a temporary fix until the tyre could be replaced. He booked the car in to get a replacement tyre within 24 hours or so I thought… I arrived at the tyre garage this morning to find they had been sent the job but that didn’t mean the garage accepted it or had time to fit the new tyre. The garage sent me away and told me to come back tomorrow to get the tyre replaced. I’d assumd that if they (RAC) are offering timeslots that they actually can see availability of the garages but apparently not. Definitely give the garage a call before you arrive if you use this service. I wasted an hour of my work day driving to and from the garage.
