I had a flat tyre, not an urgent case but a patrol van got to me within 2 hours. They temporarily fixed the puncture and because I had tyre cover (£4 extra per month) the RAC person arranged for me to have a new tyre, the exact same type that I had on the car at a cost of £120. I was kept up to date at all times via text/calls. I cannot fault the service!
