"No stock and delayed refund"

Purchased and paid for a set of 4 continental tyres from the RAC Tyres ebay store on 21 December. Got a call on 22 December to say they didn’t have the tyres and would cancel order and issue a refund. Refund wasn’t actioned until 4th January and i have yet to receive my money

Did an online search for the tyres I needed to match 2 tyres I'd brought recently. Found the best price, brought the tyres. Chose a convenient location and time I wanted. The guys at West London Motor Service did a great job.

So easy to choose the tyre i wanted with lots of options not just expensive ones with information on each tyre . The price was really good it was 15 percent cheaper than elsewhere for the same one and the booking was simple to manage

Can someone contact me for refund on my cost for £185, when I have tyre replacement. I was asked to pay for tyre replacement when I have cover so need thus dealt with ASAP
