Easy to use option for choosing tyres. Headlined offers on more expensive tyres but budget tyres also available. Very convenient. Options to choose from delivery only or delivery and fitment at various tyre workshops.

I thought I was going to get a discount on my tyres at the point of ordering but realised this was only on selected brands. I still got a set of four tyres with my budget and could do this from home. I missed the confirmation email only because I didn’t check my junk folder.

I found the tyres I wanted - simple website prices - at a great price and a fitting centre in a suitable location. Good communication and work up to the full Protyre Team standard.

I ripped though a 2 week old tyre on a walled parking space at 4pm. Straight onto Google to find a new one and as I use crossclimate tyres for a SUV most places were quoting a few days delay as its not an easy tyre to find.

I found RAC tyres at 4.30pm and it said they could fit a new exact tyre the following day. The luck I was having, I thought it would never happen and it would be excuses the following day but to my surprise, even though it was late in the day when ordering, the tyre had arrived at the garage the next day and it all went smooth. Even RAC tyres were the cheapest I could find and nearly £40 cheaper than some other well know tyre fitting centres. Very much recommended and it saved the day.

"Wrong tyres and terrible customer service."

I ordered my tyres and picked the earliest install date offered which was a week away. The earliest date was the day before the time I REALLY needed them. I wanted earlier just in case, but there just wasn't the option for that.

Unfortunately when I arrived at the fitters the wrong tyres had been sent. The right make and size, but one was correct and the other the wrong model. Rather than focus on trying to figure out if they could get the correct tyre to the fitters the same day they spent hours and hours calling the fitters trying to figure out collection of the wrong tyre. They promised calls back but each time I had to call them. It took them over 4 hours to finally say, oh we can't help you today. I wasted SO MUCH TIME dealing with them and now I'm left too late in the day to go anywhere else. So now I don't have the tyres ready for tomorrow when I needed them!

Their only fix is to look at rebooking for a week's time. If they'd told me at the start they couldn't solve the problem the same day I'd have been able to go elsewhere. Instead they waste my time until I run out of time to book somewhere else.

What a totally useless company to deal with. Never using them again.

- Update: They already know the issues. I've already been exchanging emails. Their reply is generic and not there to actually help, only tick the box that they've relied. Their emails continue to reflect the contempt they have towards customers.

RAC tyres offered the best prices for the tyres I was after, and a choice of available fitters and time slots was very convenient.
Very simple process, would definitely recommend and will use again when I next need tyres.
