RAC Tyres is a complicated system. It takes some time to sort out what you want...and what you want to pay. Went through this and booked a place locally to myself. Only to find out on the day that the fitter had cancelled. Took 35 mins. on hold to get a new appointment. Had to wait another day. But....there you are ......

The RAC site quickly guided me to the appropriate tyre selection for my vehicle, provided data to allow a comparison and selection of the desired product (from a wide choice).
Booking the fitment of the tyres was simple; although a quick confirmatory call to the fitter identified that they did not operate a booking system and their service was on a first come first served basis. However they advised on best times to arrive to avoid delays.

However I did phone the RAC helpline a few times to make this process easier. All the advisers were well informed and extremely helpful. Furthermore the appointed tyre centres are all vetted by the RAC tyre service. I found these to be the very best fitted prices available and ordering and payment was straightforward. I wouild highly reccommend this platform for ordering new tyres. Huge choice and the best prices.

RAC tyres proved the most affordable option when compared to Kwik Fit, Halfords and ATS. Tyres reasonable priced with quick fitting at local garage. No issues with tyres or fitting. Good range of tyres on website. Decided on Firestone as good mid range tyres. Plus RAC had a flash sale. .
