"I am utterly dismayed by the complete…"

I am utterly dismayed by the complete lack of response and support from the resident team, particularly Noemi, Magyari at Quintain Living - Alameda. Despite having paid a monthly parking fee, I received four parking tickets from Wembley Park, and the resident team's indifference and negligence have left me frustrated and angry.

After discovering the unwarranted parking tickets, I immediately reached out to Noemi and the resident team for assistance. Shockingly, I received no response for a full twelve days, despite the urgency of the situation. This blatant disregard for timely communication is simply unacceptable, especially when residents rely on the team's support to address critical issues like parking violations.

To make matters worse, not only did Noemi fail to respond within a reasonable timeframe, but she also neglected to follow up even after I received reminders for the parking tickets. This lack of responsibility and accountability is nothing short of appalling, leaving me feeling abandoned and ignored as a paying resident.

Quintain Living's failure to address this matter promptly has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. As a resident, I expected a certain level of professionalism and dedication from the resident team, but their actions have left a lot to be desired.

I implore Quintain Living to take this matter seriously and initiate immediate action to resolve the outstanding parking ticket issue. Furthermore, the company must conduct a thorough review of its resident support system and ensure that no other residents are subjected to such negligence and inaction in the future.

In conclusion, my experience with the resident team at Quintain Living are generally terrific, highlight on Ifty, Jasmina & Brunel. But particularly with Noemi who supposed to be the main contact for the resident team whilst I lived at Alameda, has been nothing short of abysmal. Her lack of responsiveness and disregard for residents' concerns are inexcusable and have left a lasting negative impression. As a resident, I deserve to be treated with respect and receive the support that I am entitled to. I sincerely hope that Quintain Living addresses these issues promptly and implements necessary changes to prevent such incidents from recurring. Until then, I cannot recommend Quintain Living to potential residents who expect reliable and attentive support from their property management team.

Finally got replied 5 minutes after I wrote this review. It is frustrating if in order to get a respond I have to take it here to trustpilot. I will not edit my review, I leave it as it is. Thank you!

"Such an unresponsive company!"

Well, where should I start? I moved out more than 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t received my deposit back. We have called and emailed multiple times without getting a response. We payed the *very expensive* end of tenancy cleaning with their preferred vendor to make sure that we were aligned with Quintain’s preferences because we have heard tons of bad things in the neighbours’ chat about Quintain deducting crazy amounts from the deposit. So of course, we wanted to prevent that from happening to us.

While we were leaving there almost everything was fine, except for the fact that they randomly charged two direct debits with no rationale whatsoever, even when we paid 6 months in advance and after that, another 6 months in advance. When we enquired about this, no one knew why that charge was made and after waiting and waiting for a response we got the money reimbursed, but this time it has been worse and we haven’t received any response. Where is our deposit and why haven’t you taken actions after almost A MONTH of moving out? Such a big company that cares so little about their tenants.

"My niece have been renting an apartment…"

My niece have been renting an apartment in Canada gardens for the past two years. One of the middle wooden planks of her bed broke last year September something that could have been easily fixed ! One of the maintenance team came and took off another bit of the bed saying they need to see the size of the polls so they order a new one to replace the broken one! 10 months later my niece is still waiting the bed has gotten worse considering 2 middle planks have been taken off and she has been sleeping on the couch for 2 months ! I’ve been calling the residents team in Canada gardens who have been trying to do the best they can considering al they can do is reach out to the maintenance team. One of the receptionist at Canada gardens decided she wanted to hang up the phone on me while I was making my complaint and she was extremely rude and thought she had the right to hang up on me because I’m asking her in a update regarding the issue! I need someone to fix this issue with my niece and her bed and I want the young lady’s name who was extremely rude to me and hang up the phone. Like I said why are we paying rent for my niece to be sleeping in the couch for the past 2 months !!!!

We wanted to a give a huge thank you to Igor (Night Manager -Landsby) as he has been exceptionally friendly and professional. He’s made us feel welcome from when we first moved in. We always look forward to seeing him downstairs!

"Premium priced flats, dismal upkeep and service!"

Premium priced flats, dismal upkeep and service!

We had a reasonably good experience as first tenants in the newer Canada Gardens building. However, now mid-contract swapping to the older Montana building. We have been shocked at the lack of refresh between tenants and general lack of upkeep:

* Dirty and worn carpets that should have been replaced
* Apartment not painted for years, and not in preparation for new tenants
* No evidence of deep cleaning
* Numerous small broken items in the flat that should have been taken care of
* No sign-off of the condition of the flat; expected to just take what they give you

Weeks were available for the flat to be refreshed, and would not have been expensive to undertake. However, this was not done. Greatly disappointing considering the cost of rent

"Igor is the best"

Igor is the best, he’s so helpful, can sort anything and is a fantastic asset to the team. Anytime I have any problems he’s able to fix them with ease.
Igor is the GOAT, and a little bit more!

"Landsby is a great place to live wirh…"

Landsby is a great place to live with easy commute and a great team especially Igor the night manager! Without people like Igor to keep everything in order it would be chaos. Only con is trying to get into contact for enquiries sometimes taking ages.

"Should be better"

The apartments are generally quite good, but for the rent in zone 4 you would expect more. It is impossible to attend the events and we have to pay for anything extra. Staff is generally nice, but so far removed from management that they end up not able to solve anything. From the staff I would highlight our night manager Igor, who is always very friendly and helpful. Quintain: please get the management from 'tipi' back.

"Igor night manager - best member of staff"

Great experience with Igor - night manager at Quintain living Landsby. Very professional, very helpful and always welcoming with a smile! He is a great asset for Quintain and definitely one of the reasons why people are staying in Landsby like ourselves at W 1108 for years. Quality of staff is paramount for a business with a model like Quintain living. Kudos to Igor !
