"Deliver as promised!"

We were looking for a short term living option when we moved from Canada to the UK. Agree that tge options are expensive but Quintain Living deliver what they promise and for me as a Customer this is supreme.

Its a very professional company and I appreciate that. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

"I’ve been a resident @ Ferrum now for…"

I’ve been a resident @ Ferrum now for nearly a year.

Loving absolutely everything - the environment, the neighbours, the WFH spaces, gardens, BBQs, the gym etc, residents team super friendly at all times and any issues are solved immediately. Their wider communications team seems to be doing a great job just generally in terms of keeping tenants up to date. I love all the initiatives (I.e residents breakfast or quizz nights etc), the rooftop is great, the flat itself is great and being looked after (we have regular inspections and even minor issues are being picked up and sorted immediately, I love NOT needing to wait for a handyman for ages to sort something small and I love not needing to worry about arranging any of this)

I’ve seen some very unjustified comments below, to the point where I’m not sure they’re real?

Someone mentioned noise pollution and dust or kids playing until midnight (😂), surely we’re all aware these are apartments in one of the world’s busiest cities? Naturally there will be an element of that wherever you live.

Will leave it to TrustPilot to verify the authenticity of some of these comments, but my personal experience is I feel looked after, safe and happy as a Ferrum tenant. Keep doing the great job 👏🏽

"Overpriced to begin with..."

They used to include all bills in the rent but recently changed this. They get their energy from a supplier that charges them industrial rates (much higher than consumer ones), and now they pass this cost on to us, the residents. With the global energy crisis there is no telling how high prices will go

"Hugely Disappointed / Massive Shame!"

Hugely Disappointed! Massive shame!
I am a resident of Canada Gardens.

We really do like Quintain Living, the area, amenities and the concept. But unfortunately when you face issues, they are not helpful & do not act fast enough.

I believe that many of the residence team, have done everything they can, as far as I’m aware, but unfortunately the Residence Manager Scott, has not been able to get this resolved.

I will let slide the fact that we did not have a working oven for the first 4 months of our tenancy and during the process of repairing, the kitchen unit got damaged and that has still not been fixed since December (despite numerous chasing), but they are only small matters.

Most upsettingly we opened a case last October as our neighbour's from above have been causing excessive noise with very heavy footsteps, fitness exercises, dropping apparatus on the floor etc. .. every single morning from approx. 06.00 until 08.00am. This continues on weekends & bank holidays. I am at the point now, after 7 months .. 200 sleepless nights. It’s causing me major health issues which are now being investigated with my GP & hospital. Physical, mental and emotional stress and most obviously the lack of sleep. Actually having to stay elsewhere for a good nights sleep! Totally unacceptable!

We provided a lot of evidence, the residence team have also witnessed the noise at first hand. The residence team have also recorded various incidents of the noise including a visit to both apartments but unfortunately the issue still persists.

If anyone can kindly give us advice how we can take this further, it will be greatly appreciated.

"Noisy and Sleepless nights!!!!"

I write this review with a very heavy heart as I’ve been probably one of the most tolerant residents here in Canada Gardens.

Having worked in a tough environment and dealing with clients on a daily basis. I understand how difficult it is to please clients but i feel shortchanged, especially after being promised , the Quintain Living experience.

We’ve had lots of issues but the straw that broke the camels back , has been the plumbing, the sound of the running water from our toilet, has been unbearable. And it’s loud , that even with both the bedroom door and the bathroom door shut we can still hear this unpleasant flushing sound.

For the last 5 weeks , we’ve had three visits to be told it’s “hard water”.

Told finally we had someone cane and put an end to our sleepless nights, and changed the entire pump. (My question is , Why put us through 5 weeks of unpleasantness?)

The flat is so quiet , I forgot was it’s like without that Constant running water in the background. Even my work colleagues on zoom noticed that there was “no background sound”.

Now I wait patiently for the water bill which will be enormous ,as we will be bearing the brunt of this awful episode.

"Great customer service from start to tenancy agreement."

From start to finish, it was easy to get everything I needed. Marta Szatkowska was awesome when it came to answering questions I had over the phone and organising the apartment viewing. She was not feeling well on the day of the viewing but she quickly organised a colleague to take me around. When I was happy and wanted to move forward, I was passed on to Mohammed Qania who processed the documentation on time. I didn't have the full amount to pay and he agreed to extend the payment deadline by a week without any hustle - which was great customer care. Now just waiting to move in! :)

"Flats are nice but terrible management…"

Flats are nice but terrible management by Quintain. I have the following examples from the last year:

- Failure to maintain/fix heating in freezing temperatures over winter for multiple days to a week. Our flat was 13 degrees at one point and despite multiple flags to quintain, they took over a week before there was SOME heating. This is borderline illegal behaviour.

- Failure to provide essential safety and security for residents. There have been multiple incidents of tailgaters coming into apartment buildings and stalking women/harassing them. Again, Quintain failed to act on this.

- Basic maintenance like window cleaning. They have not cleaned windows in my building for almost 2 years now. All residents windows are filthy because of this laziness despite flagging this over 10 times to them.

Some desk staff are nice but there is a severe disconnect between them and what they can actually do for residents. If you’re locked out of your apartment or would like to book parking then they are helpful, but anything beyond that is useless to raise with them.
