A member of staff trespassed into my apartment; I've continually asked for an explanation but have been met with deflections/conflicting information.

Doesn't make you feel very safe, especially with the responses they've given trying to brush it under the carpet!

They did try to fit a chain lock, but I've mentioned that it's quite weak and they've not bothered to respond to this over the last month!
