Can't get into a parcel room to get my parcel! Automatic system doesn't work properly (and it took me 2 days and at least 5 phone calls to make concierge contact admins and leave them a ticket) and no one of property team members can just open the door of a parcel room for me (all are too busy, as one of them told me). Let alone the fact that so called 'concierge' never called me back, it was always me who did. Feel very aidless and angry

Quintain living have been amazing when it comes to find a property that suits everyone’s standards. Moreover, what made it special is Adrian , the agent that helped find the appropriate apartment and is extremely professional helpful and very genuine. Would definitely recommend his service.

"Parcel stolen"
My parcel was stolen back in December from the safe and secure parcel room in Landsby West. Instead of looking into the matter I was told to ask for a refund or send for another parcel and take the matter up with the Police. Since then I have come across many other residents across the Quintain buildings whose parcels have gone missing. Clearly Quintain Living need to step up and take responsibility to look into the matter as they have authorised the company Parcel Safe to store parcels on their building premises. As a resident we pay a premium for a 24/7 concierge service and expect our parcels and belongings to be safe. An appalling and disappointing service from Quintain Living.
