my stay at Quintain Living, Alameda, is mostly delightful and memorable, with a few minor issues. The modern accommodations, welcoming community, and top-notch customer service make it an ideal choice for anyone looking for a comfortable co-living experience. However, if stable Wi-Fi and ample parking are essential for you, it's worth considering other options.

We had requested for change of defective mattress which was pending for nearly two months. We were not able to use the bedroom because of faulty mattress. Mr.Milton from the front office of Landsby West took up the matter quite earnestly and could sort out the issue in no time. He visited the apartment and took up the matter with the concerned to replace the mattress within 24 hours. Really appreciate his prompt action and cooperation. Would like to place on record his swift action, support and our sincere appreciation.

"Fire safety is not a joke which Quintain seem to forget"
This is by far the worst place to live. We have been here just over a year and the stories we have heard are scary from drug raids to police having to be called to taser someone who got up to the dog park and threatened residents.
Now we have the ongoing issue of the faulty fire alarm. Which has not been fixed in over a year. It goes off all hours of the day the so called consearge haven’t got a clue what to do when it goes off they are a complete waste of time. Not to mention if there was a fire the fire doors are actually wedged open. There was an incident the other day with a tumble dryer where the fire department came out 5 fire engines & 4 police cars yet no one was evacuated or even tried because the alarms go off that often no one pays attention to it anymore even the staff just sit there waiting for someone to come and turn it off. I am sick of this company and can’t wait to get away from this totally unfair building. Sadly I won’t be surprised when I see the headlines in the paper saying grenfell happens again. Not to mention the constant emails saying we owe money that has been cleared then send threatening email & letters. The constant emails about the utilities change if prices from £150-£400 per month with no clear reason as to why. When we ask why they don’t answer and just say if we don’t pay they will cut our Wi-Fi off. How no one has taken this company to court or the press I will never know but after the way we have been treated is certainly something we will consider. As the the residents team they never respond to emails there is never anyone to talk to as the manager is no where to be Sean. I would love for a senior manager to contact me so I can give them all the evidence on how badly the residents in this community are been treated & how they are been trapped in an unsafe building.
