"Stolen parcel. No response from mgt."
The way this company handles issues is awful. We raised an issue at the front desk that our parcel. which was placed in their ParcelSafe room, had been ripped open and the contents inside stolen. At the time they said they would look into it (this was in November). After a couple of weeks we were told "Moving forward, we'd recommend instructing the courier to deliver the item to your apartment to avoid this reoccurring". Which, when you have an expensive item stolen, is a disgusting and ignorant response. The last I heard from them was on Dec 14 saying they were looking into this. It has now been three months after this was sent, and I have yet to hear any update (despite sending numerous chaser emails). If you are looking to live here, please think twice as the management team clearly do not have your best interests at heart. This is also on top of the faulty internet, bad waste management system, ridiculous cost increases ( guest parking, booking system etc), the list goes on.

I had lived in Alamenda for 1 year
good apartment but the management team is a joke. These are what happened to me.
- The team never seems clear about the amount they are charging. The request for payment is often over-charged, I have to write an email to ask for an explanation and they would come back with a different number.
- They would increase the rent without any explanation.
- It took a few weeks for them to reply, except when they are chasing up for a payment
