I have been living at Quintain living for 1.5 years in Madison West.
I have to say that I am enjoying my experience very much. The Quintain service have been wonderful. I always have been assisted on time, with politeness and professionalism. I met lots of nice neighbours (friends) with who we organise different events.
This is a place for opportunities and grow.

We've been at Canada Gardens since October 2020 and it's been a wondeful experience. Absolutely love the community spaces like the Clubhouse and rooftop terrace. Only wish the WFH pods were free to use - that's a bummer. There have been issues concerning the wifi, heating and recurring miscellaneous problems but the concierge/ resident team has been helpful in swiftly sorting it out. Shane, Sonam, Ifty and Scott from the resident team are a great bunch - its always nice to see their friendly faces.

The new residents manager Greg, truly listens to residents problems and issues follows up with rectifying them a.s.a.p. and always updates you with any relevant information to do with your issue in a timely manner.
Plus you are always greeted with a warm smile and a "hello!, how's your day going? Hope you have a good day." whenever he's at the front desk.
I will also like to highlight the great work and pleasant attitude reflected by Anthony the concierge at Madison West. He is truly a star! Always there to help residents with any issues and follows up also in a timely manner with relevant information to do with any issues residents are having. He is always welcoming with a smile and has a good nature about him at all times. He is well known and loved by all the residents here at Madison and if there were awards to be given out he will be winning first prize.
