"Staff Great! Flats nice! Expensive and Unsafe though."

My experience with the staff has been amazing. They set up really great events and are very kind. Sometimes they seem annoyed in Alameda but we all have bad days. It's not a constant, they are sweet people.

Rent is increasing quite aggressively all around and safety at Wembley Park is getting worse. If you have kids and like to walk around a lot, I would not always recommend it.

There's kids (thugs/road men) trying to get into buildings, littering and being aggressive. I've had to drag one by the neck out of my building because the security in Beton would not do anything.

Police/security are there sometimes, but don't ever do anything useful. These kids have attempted or successfully assaulted people, they make insane noise at night.

I doubt we will be keen to stay here for long as a result. It's uncomfortable walking around when it looks like a North London schoolyard.

The Quintain team been superb. From the Leasing to tenancy and then resident team. Imara made the whole leasing process so smooth and fully understood disability needs. Mohammed was outstanding and so efficient with the tenancy: even adding addendums were appropriate. Ruben, Adnan have made us feel so welcome and always ready to help with a smile at the front desk. Leon was quick to assist with a light issue and there was no waiting around.
Everyone is so professional and they do it with enthusiasm and care. Thank you so much. I would happily recommend Quintain If you’re looking an all round place to stay and excellent service.

Brilliant location & facilities but absolutely terrible communication. Always very difficult to get any responses from team, waited over a month for hot water. And have had countless amounts of issues. Soon as contracts done we’re out. One of the worst experiences iv had with a home.

"Terrible landlords"

We’ve been living in Quintain for almost 2 years (we signed a contract for that length and can’t move out sooner)
They have never solved any of our maintenance issues since day one. Our internet worked awful for at least 1 year, we have our terrace door broken since January and they refuse to send someone in (which means it’s freezing inside almost all day), the door bell stopped working in February and, again, no one fixed it.
We had neighbors throwing cigarette buts and even a bottle full of them putting in risk our 2 year old daughter who plays in the terrace every day. We also have a pillow from a neighbor and Quintain has told us they would pick it up for 2 weeks now but no one ever came.
Our experience is really bad so far, we don’t recommend anyone to rent here.
