Ordered 2 different sets of 12 (a top and bottom) of a particular item that would have normally cost me north of $9K to get from our equipment supplier, and I was able to get a design that was done in house over to Xometry and have all 24 pieces manufactured and shipped at just over $1k. Great service.

These Xometry prints are top-notch. I was impressed by the number of options I had when setting up the prints. When they arrived, I was expecting the usual number of minor imperfections, but was pleasantly surprised to find none. The parts required precision, so when they slid right into place and mounted perfectly, my eyes lit up. I think I've found my new supplier.
On top of it all was Xometry's communication. They kept me in the loop at each point, managed my expectations. At one point they informed me they might be delayed by a day or two, and they proactively adjusted my shipping to make sure that my business wasn't affected.
It's hard to find a good company that makes solid products, communicates well, and is willing to be responsible and accountable when something goes wrong, fixing it without having to be asked. But Xometry appears to be one of those few gems.
