Xometry provided an order for urethane casting that had high quality finish, and dimensional control. That also combined with meeting a tight delivery schedule made the experience one to earn future orders.

The order was a domestic order, but when they asked for import information, I mentioned that it was a domestic order and they assured me the additional information was unnecessary.

The parts arrived early and with no problems. Just what I needed, and just as I had designed them.

The web-site has a few kinks still, but it works pretty well. It's hard to request a "manual quote" on an order, and you can't change an order once a manual quote is done (even to change one part in an order with multiple copies of 4 different parts. But it's pretty easy to make a new order, then send an email letting them know you need a re-quote.

The customer service I received was next level. The representative was patient, informative, and kind and helped me make a choice on SLA material to get my order underway as quickly as possible despite a supply chain issue.
The part also exceeded my expectations; the SLA post processing (support material removal) was done very well and the print quality is amazing. Xometry has done a great job on all my parts, including a 6061 aluminum CNC part and several 3430 steel parts, which included very high quality threaded holes. The features in my parts that had to be added in my engineering drawings have always turned out exactly to spec, meaning they really do pay close attention. I have also found the actual tolerances in my parts always end up at the low end of Xometry's tolerance range (regardless of US vs international production).
My absolute favorite thing about Xometry is that, with instant quoting, internal material sourcing that I don't have to worry about, and always getting a prompt answer to any questions I have, I can have any part I want in my hands without ever leaving my shop or having to talk to someone in real life. Prices often barely exceed the lowest my local shops can offer, and the convenience Xometry provides is definitely worth a few dollars.
