We needed tighter than the standard tolerances and part verification. It was easy to get material certificates and CMM data to show that the parts meet specifications. The CMM sample sizes might require some justification, but we’re good enough for our purposes.

I tried for months to get a quote for cutting aluminum panel. Sent them DXF CAD file, and they gave me a run around. Some nice lady replied I should get an engineer. I have a masters in mechanical engineering. So I waited several weeks and tried again anew for a quote, made sure DXF file was perfect, with drawings. I did get email asking more questions. I replied. NOTHING for month and half. They don't want to do it or give a quote. They say one off, they make a lot of claims. Their communications, customer support is poor and not knowledgeable. They want big orders. Their Ad claims, no job too small, prototype one off, I think is dishonest. I never would recommend them. They have wasted my time.
