While my problem was resolved for the moment. The fact that I've done all the steps and the one game is not tracking but other games are is very bothersome especially for the time and energy ive been putting into it. Also for the fact that I cannot have a manual over ride again, it makes me not want to play the game.

"I hadn't had any problems and…"

I hadn't had any problems and everything was going great until recently. The first game error I had I got credited for which it showed I was reaching my goals but the credit wasn't transferring. CSR was awesome, I did what was requested of me and everything was adjusted and problem solved. Here it happens AGAIN. I had the proof, been there, done that, knew what to have. Did it do any good, nooo. I got an excuse as if I had proudly had the game prior, which I did NOT ever and I had made a purchase in that game as well, to which is all a loss of money, time, and effort and a real crap experience with the CSR, Angie.
Felix and Michelle were outstanding!! 100 satisfaction. The Angie was just boy enthusiasts interested in helping from the get go and was just giving rejected and closed tickets and ASSUMING things. Which I was told of you PREVIOUSLY had the game, like she stated, then it WOULD NOT let to complete the first goal and show you got the reward and no you wouldn't get the credit. Mine however just failed to acknowledge the download (others have done the same thing) it still shows when I completed and eventually failed to reach my goals, just didn't get credit and still haven't. That's been my only issue. So if you do play and have issues then hopefully you'll get someone who cares. Investigates and does the right thing. I left a 5 start previously but now I'm gracefully leaving a 3 thanks to Angie. Just being honest.

I had hit two rewards and notified CS that neither have appeared. After several emails they credited one but not the other and told me that they couldn't fix the issue of it not tracking and I would not be receiving any further rewards.

I had great experience when having an issue not receiving earned goals. The team stayed on top and made right on the problem. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is I still don't have answers to what may be causing the issue
