You sign up to pay $1, and to get nothing. Then days later a $20 charge. Still no reports received. I called to get a refund and they said I had to log in and request a report. I never received ANY email about a subscription, the ONLY email I received is a confirmation to cancel my account

The single property information was very helpful but be careful. of a recurring charge of $20 for a volume discount of many property searches which you may not need. I only needed the one search for my property. Customer Service on LiveChat removed the charge without issues.
