AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
Nothing but a greedy, unethical money trap. $240 is charged to every person who intended to get their “one time prescription”.
At checkout, when you put your cc info, there is absolutely no information on your TOTAL of $240, which now makes sense is done on purpose so that people continue with paying assuming we pay $20 monthly and can cancel. It says in the fine print but feels very gamey they way things are not as transparent and upfront in their process/transaction.
Also they don’t send any email confirmation right away about your payment/membership, it was only when I went to cancel did they send me the “invoice” to my junk folder where I discovered it’s not the “$20/month” charged and they take the whole year up front. I requested a refund for 11 months on the same day I signed up and even tried to negotiate with offering them taking a small fee for the hassle to do the reverse transaction. I was willing to pay for the month plus fee and they refused, despite me explaining I couldn’t afford to pay the unexpected $240 that they had charged. They didn’t care and were very robotic, lacking empathy even when I tried to explain that my husband had been off work for a long period of time and still recovering close to a year later due to a severe accident and we had 3 younger children at home that I was trying to manage the household for on my limited income. They lacked care and empathy and said the only thing they could do was cancel it right then and there and I would lose all access immediately but it would cost $120 total to cancel - HALF OF WHAT I PAID for a ONE TIME USE SERVICE!! so essentially I would be paying six months worth of service for a one time use… I’m sorry but that’s pathetic of them, so I might as well keep the service to make it worth it…although it will make it quite tight on the budget for the next few weeks while I recoup from the upfront unexpected charge.

They know exactly what they are doing so be warned!

Mahnoor Azam helped me today with a very thorough consultation. Yes this is an expensive app but it is worth it for me without a doctor and lack of medical clinic in my city. She was very detail oriented and I received better service than I would at a walk in clinic

"Your Doctor" is nothing but a greedy, unethical money trap. $240 is stolen every person who simply wants one time prescription.
At checkout, when you put your cc info, there is absolutely no information on your TOTAL of $240, done on purpose so people continue with payment assuming we pay $20 monthly. Yes, we don’t fully read or understand that, however this is not a transparent process/transaction!
Also they don’t send any email confirmation right away about your payment/membership, people realise that only when checking cc statements!

OMG, scam on healthcare! They charge you $240 one time payment with subscriptions of 20/monthly! They know that is wrong and for that reason they stated that the membership is non refundable. Who wants one time prescription for $240 ?!
