I wrote a review after my windows were fitted, praising the company. Unfortunately, I have a different story now. Dale and Ross left my windows unfinished and promised somebody would be here to finish off. After a couple of weeks I had to chase things up. A man drove 4 hours from Buckie to tell me he could not help. I've phoned head office and always get big promises but nothing happens. I've had lies. I can't get my blinds and curtains up. It looks to me like you got your money out of me and I don't matter anymore. Could you please get this sorted promptly or I will have to take it further. Heather MacInnes.
