New patio door and back door just fitted. A very solid product. Do not have an issue recommending this product as we have had various products from them and they do produce a very good product.

AMANDA: Thanks for the prompt reply, I have checked my inbox as I always do and trawled through my Junk mail but to no avail. At no time during my many calls to your Customer services did anyone check and tell me that the voucher had been sent on the 9th. July. If you check your records you will see that the voucher was never redeemed.
Could you please cancel the present one and re-submit a fresh voucher and we'll live happily ever after, thanks.

Wrote review here on 20th July and had reply on 22nd July to inform me my complaint was passed onto Installation Manager and hoped that would be rectified, however 1 week has passed and still no one has contacted me,this is a dreadful way to treat a customer who has paid for order placed on 18th April and still hasn,t had order for door glass rectified.Order Number:U004314.

"Not very impressed"

Penicuik did a very good job as we organised to get our Windows fitted but once they were fitted I wasn't very impressed. The windows themselves are great and look great! But the fitters didn't do the best job, they left silicone foam sticking out from around the Windows, chipped harling off our outside walls and didn't fit windowsills they were suppose to in kitchen and bathroom. We complained and they argued we weren't suppose to get them. Held back 10% of payment as they pestered us to pay straight away even though we weren't happy and they haven't been back to fit them.

I can't recommend my new Penicuik windows highly enough.

The fitters Andrew and Kenny arrived on time and completed my windows with no fuss or mess. Very impressed with the workmanship and wish I had replaced my windows years ago.

Would definitely recommend the company and fitters!

"Harassment"

Had an appointment set up for a quote for new windows and doors, unfortunately wasn't able to do it due to a family emergency. Told the person on the phone I let them know when was best to rearrange, this resulted in about 15 missed calls over the course of an hour and made up appointments that I'd never agreed to. Will be avoiding them like the plague.

They cold called my 85 year old mum who said no. They called again and then turned up with a credit card machine to her house. She paid £952 part payment of £6,032 for 4 windows!! My sister and I cancelled this order 2 days later. That was 15 June 2018. This is 25 July and she has still not had tbe money refunded. We have been calling and e-mailing, but they just tell us the money has left their account. They are not the old Penicuik company which had a brilliant reputation. This new lot are out to get money any way they can.
