"Windows"

I was delighted with all from start to finish with Penicuik. I couldn't fault anything.
Only disappointment was when I phoned the finance company to clear the bill after the windows were put in. I was told I would have to wait until I received all the paperwork which took 10 days to arrive. I was then charged interest from the day the windows went in until I paid it off. Very disappointed when they wouldn't let me pay it the day after I had the work done as I was charged almost £40 in interest. I was told by Penicuik I could phone the finance company the day after to clear my bill.

Finishing work leaves a lot to be desired . Total lack of communication from start to finish .... Think this sums up how disappointed we were after 2 days of your workmanship . Doubt very much if we would use in the future !!!!

"Replacement windows"

Very good company, very well made windows, the surveyor took time to make sure everthing was correct. When the fitters arrived the nine windows were fitted in one a half days with no problems, this a old house (1900) and now feels warmer. Would recommend Penicuik

"New front door"

Good service, quick fitting, decent choice of colours/glass. Can't fault the products or the fitting company but it's a pity about the constant phone calls pestering me to change gas/electricity supplier and to buy further products that have resulted from buying a product from you. It's ok to inform people about these things but 3-4 calls per day,at times, to tell me the same thing is a bit much. Puting me off doing any future business.

"Aesthetically impressive product"

I am very impressed by the Aesthetics of my new Conservatory, it not only makes my kitchen look a lot bigger but it also brings a lot of light into my house.
