It all went well except one window came damaged and so the job lingered on for about 5 weeks before the new one was fitted and the plasterer came.

The two men worked really hard and were considerate and careful in their work. Clean and tidy and very little to have to clean after they left.

"Penicuik are rubbish!"

We tried to cancel the order with Penicuik but they failed to stop the order and we were forced to pay for a product that we did not want, could have got cheaper from elsewhere. Just don't believe anything they say unless it is in black and white.

"Poor after sales service"

My experience of Penicuik, until my windows were installed, was first class. The salesman and installation team were punctual and provided the service I had expected from Penicuik. Unfortunately, the after sales service has been poor to fair. With a few snagging issues that needed to be resolved, I expected the same efficient service. This is not the case. After making several calls, which were not returned, I am currently waiting on someone to come and look at the issues I have. I predict that I will have sacrificed a whole day, to be told that my issues cannot be resolved today.
Also, having stressed on 2 separate occasions that my current blinds need to fit the new Windows, I find myself in a situation where I will need to purchase 6 new custom made blinds. Not great when I have just spent thousands of pounds purchasing Windows.

Penicuik staff were polite,knowledgable, pleasant to talk with and the product was exactly they said it would be. The new doors have banished drafts, look good and were fitted quickly and efficiently by staff who clearly knew what they were doing.
