windows were replaced with no fuss the replacements fitted directly into the openings even the bay window. Despite it being a bit windy there was almost no mess only a small amount of cavity wall insulation escaping. the fitting team cleaned up and showed us how the different window stiles operated. A first class job all in all

Well the windows went in quick and easy, the installation engineers were clean and tidy as they installed the windows, but they get you to tick an inspection sheet as they are leaving, so you really didn't get a chance to have a good look around, waiting a couple of days would be helpful, and maybe a representive of Penicuik coming round and doing a post install check, I have now 4 calls logged for remedial work to be done, but have heard nothing from Penicuik, so this has soured my idea with staying with the named company's to get a better service for my money.

Great sales service from Penicuik for the sales and installation of our new windows and front door.
The installation was first class with the work done effectively and the workmanship was first class, they finish the complete installation in little over 6hrs! for 7 windows and a front door.

Having old patio doors removed and replaced with French doors, a doorway converted to a window including brickwork it wasn't a straight like for like replacement, however, from the very first this was all just taken in their stride. The quality of both the fitted products and the service from the installation guys was excellent. Thanks for a very easy and painless experience.
