Since airing my grievances regarding a damaged sill which should have been carried out soon after having my windows installed by Penicuik but despite numerous phone calls i finally had enough and stopped contacting them ....Well out of the blue I received a phone call from Penicuik to say someone will be coming out to repair the damage and I can finally say the job was swiftly done ✅

The fitters were brilliant but the hoards of calls I received the day after fitting to try and sell me more stuff was a joke, I received 3 calls all within 24 hours of completion trying to see me more products ( I had my whole house glazed!)

A bit of a delay when it was thought measurements were wrong. Windows have now been beautifully fitted with very little mess which was cleaned up afterwards.
Since this review, I add that I have not received the promised £10 Amazon voucher. Why not?
Still awaiting replacement for cracked window pane & adjusting of windows to stop the wind whistling through!!

Ordered windows for my whole house with some variations required due to ongoing work being carried out. The sales manager has been outstanding throughout. The surveyor seemed to be in a hurry throughout and felt that I had to clarify things on more than one occassion. It came to the day of my windows being fitted only to discover after some of my windows had been removed that the windows supplied were the wrong internal colour. Despite trying to contact and speak with managers regarding the installation I have been completely ignored and left in the dark regarding this situation and been left with a house which is a mess and unable to put window blinds or anything up. A lot of pre fitting preparation was carried out but yet no one has had the decency to even respond to or contact me. Disgusting customer service! Then when you are promised call backs and even replies to your view privately starting someone will contact you it still does not happen.
