The work was carried out to a high standard, it looks amazing very pleased with it. Wish I could say the same for the clean up, this was not done to any standard, leaving me with no choice but to complain following this different guys were sent back to carry out the clean up and they did do it to a better standard.

Sales team deserves 5 star review.
We had a team from b-spoke surveying our house. Knowledgeable and friendly team. We signed the contract but after one day thinking and considering we realised we cannot go ahead for certain reasons for now. I called b-spoke and I was promised a call back from the manager which happened within minutes. He popped in to our house few house few hours later and there was nothing unpleasant there. Very friendly person. No pushing of sales nothing of this stuff. Unbelievable is the fact that I received my refund on my card within 2 hours!!! (Still pending but chase bank allows me to see it that it has been processed on their side). I'll be considering them in the future.

Tom was fantastic. He arrived at our agreed appointment and was extremely helpful. He explained everything to me in great detail. He was brilliant and helped us in every way. Definitely recommend.

Had Tom out this evening which was a very pleasant experience! He was great from start to finish explaining everything from the company to what would happen during the work being carried out! We have two young kids which where messing about around him and he was brilliant with them. Very quick at giving a fabulous price

Tom came to survey my house for possible harling replacement, after giving me the background of his company and the standard of work they provide, he then did a thorough assessment of the outside of the building and concluded that although the harling was over 30 years old there were no deficiencies worthy of re harling the house at this time . It was nice to have an open and honest review with no hard sell from this pleasant and polite young man.

Awful company. Communication is the worst ive dealt with. The roofers didn't show up on time, again no communication. We were told the roof would be watertight during the whole process, had an obscene amount of rain water coming in during the 2nd night. Company couldn't have cared any less. The roof took 6 weeks to complete (should've been a week). It was too narrow and didn't go all the way to the fire wall, tiles were cracked and chipped (which we wouldn't have known about if the scaffolding guys didn't tell us). Gutters weren't fitted properly and were continuously leaking rainwater. The manager is very patronising, when discussing issues he speaks to you as if you're stupid.

Our roof is still leaking now, 5 months later and they are refusing to fix it (breaching contract). We will be taking it further.

I recently had a new roof installed, and while the quality of the job and the workforce were great, I was disappointed by the company’s poor communication. The company had mentioned certain installation dates, which required me to rearrange my schedule and stay home from work. However, there were no follow-up calls or updates, and I wasn’t informed when the installation team wouldn’t be coming as planned.

This lack of communication was frustrating and inconvenient. It's a shame, because the actual work done on the roof was of good quality. If the company improves its communication, it could make the entire experience much better.

The roofing guys were good at their job 5 star to them, service was satisfactory so far, yes pricing was very high.
Unfortunately I specifically asked to clean after themselves once they lift the scaffolding and skip throughout this whole process and didn't happen.

"Fantastic job"

Fantastic job, done as an emergency as I had water pouring into the second bedroom. Rep was very knowledgable and answered all my questions, I was happy that I could fund this through a finance option as I didn’t have the money in full to pay for the roof. Guys who fitted the roof couldn’t have been nicer and was more than happy to offer them a coffee or two.
