Had Mark out this evening to give me a quote for a new roof and rough casting. He was very pleasant, professional and full explained the process on what was needed.

had a new roof done by this company last year late November Early December, many problems, they do not reply to me to rectify the problems. have phoned many times, e-mailed them. sent photo's of problems but still no responce. think they use contract workers not their own roofers if they have any. would suggest anyone using them have everything in writing and receipts for all cash But not use them.

Got my roof done. Workers done a good job, roof looks great. Signed off by surveyor. Customer service was good

Quick response to initial enquiry for roughcasting on property over 70years old.
Representative arrived to do home check/quote at time and date to suit myself. Process clearly explained
and didn't feel pressured.
Work was done quickly and to high standard.

"WATCH YOUR CONTRACTS "

We initially went with BSpoke Group in March and got a quote. Paid deposit but finances changed and we had to cancel. Bspoke were very good in that the refunded us our deposit of £2.5k. Our situation improved and we went back to them and agreed for the job to start. The surveyor came out and the next day I got a phone call saying the job would be £1.9k more than we agreed and what was stated in contract. Turns out they didn't include the base of my house which I was led to believe was included. After many phone called we wanted the contract cancelled and was told they would need to look into that as surveyor had been put and he carried a fee. Not sure why this was said because it wasn't my fault they messed up contract/price. In the end they came back and said they would skim base for and extra £1k to which I reluctantly agreed as I just wanted it done and dusted. When the job was being done I was on holiday. I came back and was confused because they'd roughcasted the base (what they were trying to charge me £1.9k for) which wasn't what I requested.
The roughcasting was done excellently but the whole rigmarole of pricing and charging more than what was agreed kinda annoyed me.

I had my house roughcasted and very happy with the results. I had extreme damage to my wall due to age, wear and tear. Now, it looks like a different house, it’s lovely. The whole process was very straight forward and communication was excellent. The men that carried out the work were quick and efficient and done an amazing job. They left no mess and tidied up once job was complete.

Had B-Spoke Group do my roof and roughcast on my property. Good experience from start to finish. We've had many comments from neighbours within the village on how great our house looks! Fast and efficient service and would recommend. Unfortunately, we did have damage to one of our windows and window frame when the tiles were being taken off the roof. However, B-Spoke Group have agreed to have the window replaced.

The three guys who installed the roof were very polite hard working and professional. They carried out the work to a very high standard. They finished the work in three days. I am very happy with the quality of the work.
