Young lad Connell explained the proceedure of roughcasting and after getting a quote got the ball rolling.Great communication from the office. A large team of guys did a great job very quickly and tidied after themselves. Very pleased and would recommend.

"Rough casting brilliant job"

Got front and back of house Roughcasted and B-Spoke Group made a great job very efficient and very helpful with some choices we had not taken into consideration. Squad arrived Foreman/Gaffer we had a chat and made a couple of decisions on his recommendation which turned out excellent. Guys arrived just after 10am spoke to Foreman then they got started , between back and front of house all completed very professionally within 4 hours , absolutely excellent job house looking great now

"Poorly managed & finished "

Poorly organised, managed & finished. Still waiting for explanation why tiles at downward ridges are secured on one side and not on the opposite side as they should be. David's response was Oh I don't know why he did that, he will phone you today (that was a month ago) Kenny's response was it is what it is! Thanks for nothing. Roofer also moved some of neighbours tiles creating gaps between them and tried to make out that he had made it more waterproof. I feel like I will be picking up nails forever as old tiles were launched 8 metres across my gravel garden into skip contacted b - spoke again and was told Declan would phone me next day to deal with issue and that was over 3 weeks ago thanks for nothing again not a company I would recommend and guarantee stands for nothing

"Simply Outstanding"

From the 1st meeting regarding house to having it roughcasted, and then work carried out, l can truly say that, it has been one of the most professional jobs we have ever had.Every single one of workmen so polite and courteous, and never actually stopped working so hard. The finished job, just blew me away, it's fabulous, my house looks as if its just been built. l can't thank you all enough, it's an absolute delight for me to write this review.

"Cancellation of contract."

After having agreed to having our roof replaced, due to circumstances we decided to cancel our contract. The company was very understanding and gave us a prompt refund of our deposit. Many thanks to Shaun and George. It was a good experience with this company.

From start to finish they were very professional and helpful. And when it came to fit the doors and windows the installers
were very careful and tided up after them. And we were kept
informed of any changes that had to be made if any. Just to confirm everyone from the sales ,office staff and installers were

The team were excellent from start to finish. We did not realise how bad the condition of the roof and attic was. George the salesman was very thorough with his assessment and made it clear that a complete roof replacement was essential. Despite challenging weather conditions, the team were very efficient and did an excellent job.

"Reassuring, easy roof replacement"

We had been thinking about getting a roof replaced for some considerable time, but we thought it would be a whole world of trouble. However, we got a knock on the door from a b-spoke representative, and after a few minutes talking to him, we decided to give them a chance to tell us about their product. The same day someone came round and told us about the process, arranged the finance and signed us up for the new roof at a reasonable price. Less than a month later, it’s all done and the whole thing was pretty painless and the roof looks brilliant. Everyone at B-spoke has been very nice and helpful. The work was independently surveyed and the surveyor was happy with it all. Overall, a great worry has been lifted off our shoulders and I would never have thought it could be so simple to get this done. Thank you, B-spoke
