From start to finish I found the experience of re-roofing my detached house stress free. All personnel involved in the work from the installation team, the scaffolders (a very happy group of workers) and the roofers were hard working and pleasant to deal with.

Overall a very quick and efficient experience.

overall pleased with the work carried out. workers pleasant and informative to the process and procedures of the work being done. however took longer to complete than indicated due to not turning up on one occasion. a minor inconvenience which will not stop me looking at them again for future work.

"Slightly bizarre behaviour"

Slightly bizarre behaviour. Had a really nice guy come to the door canvassing this business for rough casting to which I agreed as we actually do need it. Gave my details then 10mins later a woman phoned me to confirm the survey booking. She insisted my husband had to be at the quotation and couldn’t do it without him there. The reasoning for this was to “give an accurate quote”. Unsure how my husbands presence effects the accuracy of the quote. I advised her it’s either me or nothing as my husband works long hours and works away but she wasn’t having any of it and cancelled my booking. Unsure why she done this as I own this house, was it sexist because I’m merely a woman and wouldn’t possibly know anything about rough casting? It’s a shame I wasn’t asked what line of work I’m in or maybe she’d have understood why it’s me they’d have to deal with rather than the “man of the house”, so to speak. Very bizarre. I’ll find another company!

"New Look"

The team that carried out the rough casting ,gutters and fascia did a great job.There was one wee hiccup which was dealt with in promptly. Everyone that I dealt with within the group were polite and helpful.
I love getting out of the car and admiring my new look house.

From the initial meeting from b-spoke and Shaun, till the end result it was a brilliant service from start to finish. Absolute professionalism and the job looks unbelievable. We also have a payment plan in place which helps enormously with the cost. Highly recommend this company to anyone.
