Did a lovely job but didn't clear up as I would have expected. Having to get them back according to independent chap that came to inspect work.

We got B-Spoke to replace our roof and guttering. Roofers seemed decent although their approach to health and safety with lobbing tiles at a piece of tarpaulin on the path outside our house left a bit to be desired. Had to chase up B-Spoke to get the scaffolding removed as it was left there for weeks. After a few weeks, we noticed a problem with our guttering which means it sends water down our wall during heavy rain. Despite repeated complaints, they have still not fixed this. Avoid these cowboys and go with a reputable firm. The fact they are not registered with the Confederation of Roofing Contractors says it all.

Dealing with B-Spoke was simple from start to finish, from choosing my windows and doors to installation,they kept me informed regularly with updates as to when they would be ready to install and with dates that suited both B-Spoke and myself.The installation fitters were first class,they kept me informed of the progress they were making on a daily basis and also respected my property leaving it clean at the end of each day.B-Spoke are definitely a company I would recommend to family and friends.

"A company to be avoided"

R solved only the minor problems. He didn't even touch the major ones that require immediate repair. The rainwater still drains from the neighbor, and he didn't even look at the problems on the parking lot wall. L told me on 28.06.2024 that all problems will be solved in two weeks. It is 8.08.2024 and nothing has been solved.
You are not to be recommended.
You don't even deserve a star.
The rains have started, when will you come to fix the problems? I expect an answer ASAP

With my new roof installed, I no longer have to worry about the next severe weather warning and if I'll have a roof left after it. It has really improved the look of the house and it took less than a month from first point of contact to completion. Really happy with the end results.
