My wife and I have needed our roof done for years but we have never found the right company for it. After finding bespoke they sent out a lad THE VERY SAME DAY to come and give us a quote.

Shaun was a class bloke (despite being a Tottenham fan) and he explained very clearly the exact problems and process for fixing the roof. The overall price was more than we expected however Shaun explained that we can pay using a great finance plan if necessary. The end product was certainly worth it. We are looking to get our rough cast done in the future as well and will definitely be returning to B-Spoke once again!!!

"Hard Sell "

A guy came out for a
quote and he seemed nice but sadly it turned into an old school sales approach with if you accept today and only today you can have x discount etc etc. To the lady on here who wrote a review confused about why they needed both her and her husband for a quote. I am positive it is so you cant say that you need to discuss the quote with your partner first as a very long visit ended with a lap top demo and the whole calling my manager in front of you routine. Its a very hard sell approach. I dont know, their work may be good but this really worried us and put us off which is a shame.
