"Sadly, not what I was promised"

Really disappointed from start to finish. I don't like leaving bad reviews but not a good experience. Delays to the installation of the splashback but worse still, 2" round blotches were visible. This was obviously the adhesive used which I has assumed would dry and become transparent which it did not. It spoils the whole appearance and although Robert did call out to look, it was clear nothing was going to be done to rectify the problem. Ref Johal 00131

I would definitely recommend Cherry Glass Interiors. Their attention to detail and the time and effort taken, even on a relatively small splash back, was first class. Kirsty sent us numerous designs that enabled us to select the one that truly complemented our kitchen. Definitely first class.

The service we received was completely professional from start to finish. The final product was exactly as expected and was fitted expertly. It gives a real wow factor to our kitchen & utility. Can't rate this company highly enough. We commissioned some antique mirrors for our new kitchen. The service we got from Cherry Glass was exemplary. In particular, Nicki and Robert. Throughout the process, they were extremely professional in every stage of the process. From choosing our design, templating service and actually fitting the mirrors. We are so pleased with the end result and would recommend anybody looking for splashbacks, mirrors to definitely go to this company. Superb customer service. 10 out of 10 from us! "My glass splashback that I ordered is…"

My glass splashback that I ordered is beautiful. I have no faults with it at all. It did take around 7 weeks to arrive, but I was informed that there was a delay with glass supply.
Communication could have been a little better but I do understand that companies are busy, so this is not a criticism but rather an observation.
As I said though, I am happy with the splashback, it was packaged very safely & arrived on the specified day.

absolutely delighted with the Customer Service from this company ...from the initial enquiry, quote, templating and finally fitting yesterday !
We had 2 pieces fitted behind a sink and corner wall , 3 x sockets cut out perfectly..
The Design is amazing - really compliments our new kitchen , giving a real " Wow Factor "
Would highly recommend , and will look to get similar for bathroom too.
