I can’t praise Rave coffee enough. I ordered on the 30th April and it was delivered the very next day. The coffee they produce is absolutely unbeatable. I’ve tried coffee from all outlets and nothing comes close.

I have been using Rave Coffee for the last 6 or 7 months now. I am on a decaf sucscripotion and their products are always consistently smooth, full of flavour and sent promptly.

Love their vibe, love what they stand for. Only wish we cold have abit more variety in their decaf range.

I've been using Rave for a few years now. I have never had any delivery problems or problems with quality. I have tried lots of different beans and obviously like some more than others but I have never had a dud batch.
Yes they are a bit more expensive than supermaket brands but the quality is generally better and more consistent so for me it's worth it.

"Good at rectifying problems"

I know i know I always say it, but a measure of a company is how they deal with things when they go wrong.
I have a monthly subscription with rave and last month the delivery did not arrive. Rather than spend days investigating they just sent out a replacement for next day delivery.

The only thing I would say is that the ordering and cancelling process can be a bit confusing as when I have made changes before I've received the order I was cancelling anyway. Not there fault but it's happened a few times so the process could be easier

I’ve dealt with this Company before and recently came back. I had a small issue which they took the time to put right and give me a satisfactory outcome.

Not better than your average Tesco coffee - they’ve spent good money on marketing and packaging (which was great). Bright yellow packet makes you feel you are buying something really good, but tastes quite average especially for this price.

Quite possible I had a bad batch given other reviews - but customer support were not helpful when issue was raised.

We have all done it, order from all the different coffee companies for that first order discount or welcome offer. Well I did the same for Rave but unlike the other companies where I order once and move on, Rave has become the only coffee company we will use. They offer a great variety of superior coffee. They are reliable, reasonably priced and very quick to deliver. Love, love, love

Perfect coffee every time. Have been ordering from Rave for over 2 years now and they never disappoint. Subscription is easy to amend or cancel.

What a great place Cirencester is made even better by Rave Coffee, love their beans and did read some reviews the cafe staff were not the friendliest well my experience was different to those few people, exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Definitely recommend a visit
