"Good swap of defective unit"

We got an under counter drink fridge which unfortunately arrived pretty banged up. I got on the phone with Vintotemp and just had to email some pictures of the damage. We got everything swapped out for a new unit that works great and looks great too! The process was very easy and I'm very happy with Vinotemp and will definitely consider them again if I ever need another fridge.

The unit has been plugged in for about three weeks.
All is good except that a knocking sound has been heard on an occasion but has always stopped after a few knocks - I concerned its the compressor and if it is doing it now - how long will it last?

We've had our Vinotemp for 3 months. It's quiet and has performed exactly as advertised.

"Exactly as advertised"

Exactly as advertised, a capable wine cellar for your garage. Delivery and installation went smoothly. Only real call out are the racks provided are as shown in the picture. Which means you're going to need to double or triple stack bottles and therefore cannot pull the racks out. Also, at this time Vinotemp is not offering extra racks. Not a big deal (and was known when I bought it). Highly suggest investing in a winecellar app to keep straight what's what on each rack. Also the led lighting is button operated and not on a door switch. Struggling in understanding why for that design element..

"Good for average consumer."

Nice unit, but 300 bottles is a stretch - filling to 300 capacity will requiring stacking bottles 4-5 bottles high, two stacks deep (front to back). To retrieve a bottle in the middle of the front stack will require removing bottles on top of one another. If bottle is in the back stack, more bottles to remove and not break!
~230-240 Bordeaux bottles is more accurate (2-high, 2-deep = 30 per shelf)... but this will also require removing bottles to retrieve as the shelves cannot be pulled out due to the weight of 30 bottles and likely slippage of bottles stacked on one another.
Temp gauge not accurate. Had to increase/decrease temp settings to get the refrigerator to the appropriate temp using an external temp guage.

When I ordered, I was told to expect a call within a week that my cooling unit would be ready for pickup. Never got a call. I finally got in touch with someone 2 weeks later who informed me my unit had been at the warehouse ready for pickup for a while.

"Keeps temperatures perfectly"

Keeps temperatures perfectly. Price was very good for the size (42 bottles). Purchased at Costco so I know if something goes wrong they back me as well as the manufacturer. Only issue is that it runs almost constantly..different from my prior Vinotemp which died after 8 1/2 years.

The Vinotemp representative, Richard Moreno, was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. He really had great communication skills, and ensured I had the correct part, and the best information for an easy install.

I love the Vinotemp wine cooler. It is very stylish and was easy to set up. I enjoy the dual zone so am able to store white wines and red wines at different temperature.
