Got my Vinotemp 156 bottle wine cooler from Costco. So far it has provided more storage that my Wine Enthusiast wine cooler, and thought it’s larger, it’s a lot quieter. The dual zone is an excellent feature. I can’t speak to the accuracy temperatures, I like my whites chilled at 50° and my reds at 58°. I’ll get an independent thermometer to how accurate the temps are. Happy with the purchase!

so far, so good. I'm not sure we chose the best unit for our house as its specs say it can cool a room twice as large as the closet we are using for wine storage. So far, it does the job. I wish we had a bigger room to vent into, because the small room where it's vented now gets pretty warm.
I chose to have a pro install it so they could do straight cuts in the wall and add a horizontal brace between the wall joists

This product would get 5 stars from me, if it wasn't for the insanely loud fan, coming on every 15 minutes or so. The good news is that the wine cooler as a whole is very well built, solid shelves, good seal, dual temp controls keep it within 1 degree of set temp, it looks good, it cools perfectly, it even fits in excess of the 46 bottles advertised, if you have some skinny ice wine bottles included, it's just a great product and even the compressor itself is super quiet. All that for less than a grand, amazing.. Now about that fan, we replaced it with a high end ultra quiet DC fan of same capacity and the unit is perfect now. Only wish it came like that from the factory.

After 2 weeks or cooler started randomly stops cooling After an email and voicemail And no response I called again and was told that i could order a new motor and have someone of my choosing i stall it at my expense! To say the least I was and am not a happy customer! This is our second and sadly our last cooler we will be purchasing from your company. Your customer service is nonexistent

I was surprised at the fact that my order of a 1500CD cooling unit was not available from stock. It had to be assembled before it could ship. It was the cause of a delay in delivery.
Great support from the tech team in identifying the proper part number I needed to order.

White gloves delivery got the unit in place in basement with no problems. Unit cooled down to proper temperatures very quickly. Shelves could allow more room but am happy with the unit so far. Last cooler lasted 4 years so hope this one does better.
